Abiding with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, a full refund will be issued on all products returned for any reason within 14 days of placing the order.
Refunds on returns will be processed within 48 hours, that is, that the returned product comes back in its original state, unused and in a resalable condition.
The buyer is accountable for the return postage, if the item(s) are being returned because of a ‘change of mind’ or if just in general don’t like it. Postage will be paid in the event that goods are incorrect upon delivery. We do request picture proof in order to resolve the matter for you.
Should the product be lost or damaged in transit, then a replacement will be sent out immediately. Again like above, we will need picture proof of the damage.
Unfortunately missing the 14 day deadline to return any goods the request for a refund will be declined, unless adequate proof is provided that the item was incorrect or indeed damaged upon delivery, in which unique cases as these, the deadline for return/replacement will be extended to 30 days.
